Kalu inspects INEC documents, and gets nod to check card readers

Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has finally complied with the order of the National and state House of Assembly Elections Petition judicature to permit former  governor of the state, Dr. Orji Kalu to examine documents used for Abia North legislator election.

Counsel to the petitioner, Mr. good Okorie, confirmed the event to the judicature, sitting at the Federal judicature advanced in Umuahia, wherever it settled when its inaugural sitting at Abia State judicature advanced on Ikot-Ekpene Road, Umuahia.

The judicature additionally  granted Kalu  another ex-parte order yesterday to examine and retrieve records from the cardboard readers deployed for  the election.
