Chelsea Handler shocked everyone when she posted a topless picture of herself on her instagram official page showing she has a better body than Vladimir Putin. seriously it was just like a competition between the two, she posted this picture knowing too well that instagram management will take it down as it is against their rule posting nude pictures.
