In a post on its twitter, the Nigeria Defense Headquarters stated that “Contrary to a report making the rounds, there was no crash involving any helicopter or air plane of the Nigerian Air force today as reported in some social media channels.”
The DHQ further appealed to media house to verify their reports to avoid misleading the public.
