scary photo- see how bird suddenly turned into an old woman at oshodi

According to a Twitter user, @davidTheGear, a few minutes ago at Oshodi, Lagos  a bird fell from a high tension wire and landed on the ground and immediately turned into an old  woman.and the woman had most part of her body burnt. what more can we make of this, she is either a witch or something worth explaining..
