Jenny from the Block is putting down roots north of Madison Square Park — where Chelsea Clinton will be her neighbor.
Jennifer Lopez has inked a deal to pay around $22 million for a luxury prewar penthouse at the Whitman building at 21 E. 26th St., where she'll count celebs such as Clinton and NASCAR's Jeff Gordon as neighbors, sources told the Daily News.
The magnificent 6,540-square-foot pad has four bedrooms, six bathrooms and 3,000 square feet of exterior space spread across four different terraces overlooking the park. The building has just four units and stretches an entire block between E. 26th and E. 27th Sts.— making the apartments some of the longest in Manhattan.
Listing broker Melanie Lazenby of Douglas Elliman declined to comment. "Million Dollar Listing New York" star Fredrik Eklund, who has been seen out and about house hunting with J.Lo, was unresponsive.
The "I Luh Ya Papi" songstress scoped out several penthouse residences in Tribeca before settling on the celeb-studded building, which has notably high security for such a boutique-style property.
